IRON CLAD FUNDAMENTAL NO. 3: COIL PERFECTLY ON YOUR BACKSWING
You MUST make a sound coil in your backswing of your shoulder turn, arm swing and hip wind-up. The secret is that you can practice one simple drill, and it will give you the automatic wind up of arms, shoulders, and hips in once package move.
The drill is very simple. Take a club and hook it with your elbows behind your back. Then make a backswing turn simply by taking your left hand and like a Ferris Wheel at a Circus, rotate it down and under your chin and waive your circular moving left hand (assuming you swing a golf club right handed) in a Ferris Wheel motion right over your right foot. It will groove your backswing coil PERFECTLY. When you acutally hit range balls, the prior drill exercises will enable you to make a perfect backswing coil of arms, shoulder and hips.

It is the exact same backswing coiling drill advocated by David Ledbetter, unless he has found a new one.
